Shipping:

Large Scale Furniture
Shipping is available nationwide for large furniture using third party shippers. If you'd like to purchase a large piece of furniture and need it shipped please contact us with your full name, phone number, and full address for a quote before purchasing. 

Orders that need freight shipping require pre-approval. If an item that requires freight shipping is purchased without pre-approval, a 3% restocking fee will incur if the order cancels due to unexpected shipping costs. Orders that are placed with Shop Pay Installments that are cancelled due to unexpected shipping costs will incur a 6% restocking fee.

 
Housewares + Small Scale Furniture
Housewares can be shipped worldwide. For international orders your package may be subject to duties and or additional taxes. The recipient is responsible to the pay any additional fees that may occur before, during, or after receiving the order.
Housewares + small scale furniture orders will be shipped out within one week of placing unless otherwise disclosed.

 

Pick-Up:

If you do not need shipping or delivery, purchases are available for pickup at:

Items must be picked up within 14 days after purchasing. Please contact the shop to coordinate your pick-up date after purchasing.

 

Delivery:

In The Comfort Of offers delivery in the Seattle and Portland metro area for a fee. Please contact the shop if you are interested in an item and need a delivery quote.

Returns:

All sales are FINAL. The condition of each vintage item is disclosed to the best of our abilities in the description of each listing. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the shop before purchasing. We are happy to answer any questions and send additional photos before you purchase to make sure you feel confident with your decision. If something breaks or malfunctions after purchasing, In The Comfort Of is not responsible for replacing, fixing, or accepting returns. Your online order can not be cancelled once processed.
